Corporate Communication Applications

Broadcast International clients around the world are using Business Television in innovative ways that strengthen their corporate culture, bolster their brand, help them to communicate more effectively with clients, and improve company morale and solidarity.

Our clients use Business Television to:

  • Quickly and effectively communicate company news, straight from the top. Our clients side-step the rumor mill and keep their employees and investors informed about important company news, goals, values and changes.
  • Present executive briefings and host meetings: BTV helps our clients to stay connected to geographically dispersed personnel
  • Improve investor relations: Financial statements can convey only so much about your company and its strategies. Our clients report that multi-media presentations using BTV are almost as effective as having investors and analysts in the same room with their management team.
  • Convey policy and procedure updates: Email and memos can leave employees feeling cold. Broadcast International clients report that BTV is a dynamic and powerful way to share information about employee benefits, new employee policies and much more.
  • Handle crisis management: BTV helps our clients to communicate quickly and effectively at times when it matters most. Employees, investors and customers not only read your message, they see and hear it from the personalities and people they most need to hear it from.
  • Step up recruiting: Video can communicate information about your company to potential job recruits in ways print, online text and other media can't. Video allows your CEO to address prospects, enables companies to show off facilities, and even give a sense of the corporate culture.
  • Consistency and immediacy of message: Don't let your message be watered down as it‘s slowly filtered down to the intended audience. BTV can help to ensure that employees, clients and investors are hearing the message you meant for them to hear, when you mean for them to hear it.

Corporate Communication in Action

One power company in South Carolina has taken the use of BTV to electrifying levels.

With Broadcast International's help, they've installed BTV in each of their power plants and employee locations, and use it to keep in touch with what's going on in the region each day. Employees discuss weather problems, transmission failures, and severe weather warnings – ensuring that everyone in the network is constantly up-to-date.  If a tornado is spotted in one county, crews in other locations know they need to be ready to respond. Their BTV network constantly runs weather alerts and other network information, and is used for all types of internal communication.
