Device Monitoring
Even if all the central components of a digital signage or place-based media network are working flawlessly and the content is stunning, if the screen and other consumer-facing, remote components are not functioning properly, nothing else really matters. Networking technology enables technicians to determine that most network-connected devices are in working order and diagnose the problems if they are not – all from a central location. Device monitoring is an optional service provided by Broadcast International’s technical support team.
